    We had a great stay in 315. The sunset view is excellent. Siesta Breakers has the best location on the Key.
    The condo needs some deep cleaning. The master bedroom carpeting should be deep cleaned or replaced. There was dust on most of the decor. The kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced along with the kitchen linens. The kitchen utensils need to be pared down to reduce clutter. There is no screen leading from the master bedroom onto balcony so the sliding door could not be left open since there is no screen on the balcony (which we actually liked).
