    We just spent an amazing week at Siesta Breakers. It was our first time in Siesta Key and we didn't know much about the area. We quickly realized that staying on the south part of the island was perfect for us. It's quiet but there are plenty of dining and shopping options. When we headed to the Village for a couple of meals, Jonny's Free Ride was the best way to get there. The Breakers has unbeatable sunset views and a private beach with chairs provided and a simple way to claim your spot in the sand. Sometimes getting a spot on the beach is stressful but that's not the case here. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed....including more hangers than I needed (and that never happens!) The pool was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs available all the time. We're starting to think about staying two weeks next year! It was absolutely perfect.

    We were warned about the construction. The noise was not so bad, but the dust was everywhere. Overall, Siesta Breakers is great. They tested the fire suppression system one morning and sediment backed up into our unit and ruined a load of laundry that we had started. Still waiting on claim disposition.

    The condo was nicely furnished and supplied, very clean and comfy. The shower lacks grab bars and is slippery, though. The only negative was the ear-splitting noise of jack hammers for 3 of our 7 days. We had to flee—the noise was intolerable.
